Decathlon confirms goods delivery after quitting Russia

PARIS, Dec 20 (PRIME) -- France's sports goods retailer Decathlon continued to deliver limited batches of goods to Russia after leaving the country in the framework of completion of a business sale, a spokesperson told PRIME on Wednesday.  

"In order to close the deal, the company decided to deliver a limited amount of goods in a limited time in accordance with the applicable local and international rules," the representative said.

Decathlon sold 35 outlets and a warehouse in Russia to ARM, which is also Mango’s local franchisee, in September.
